The Trustee of Prime Super is Farm Plan Pty Limited ABN 81 067 241 016; AFSL No. 219723. The Directors of the Trustee meet regularly to discuss the management of the Fund and also to determine important policies and procedures. All Directors are nominated and appointed by the Board as independent directors in accordance with a succession and selection process outlined in the Fund Governance Charter. The Trustee also has a Constitution which provides the rules for the appointment and removal of Directors and the filling of casual vacancies on the Board. The Fund’s current Trustee Directors are:
